he white Shure Microflex MXN5-C Networked Ceiling Loudspeaker is a discreet conference speaker designed to be permanently installed in a boardroom or conference space ceiling. A single cable provides power (PoE and PoE+) and carries encrypted audio and control data, providing high-quality speech reproduction for AV conferencing applications in a low-profile design optimized for easy installation in drop ceiling configurations. The MXN5-C integrates seamlessly with other Shure-networked, PoE-enabled audio devices using the Dante audio networking protocol.

The active loudspeaker includes a built-in amplifier and uses a 2-way driver with a 5.25" woofer tuned to deliver clear, intelligible speech over a 120 Hz to 20 kHz range, while a set of integrated computer-controlled DSP functions help to ensure ideas are properly communicated and meetings are productive.
